I can see a number of things. A grill-contoured raised relief in the hood, free-standing mirrors (not on the A-pillar), a bottom-edge bumper designed to highlight the lowest point of the body, and probably some other things.

As soon as I see BJR's answer I knew it was correct. Nevertheless, I'd argue at the least the bumper point and mirrors to be somewhat correct as well.
